The Services, including our research courses and all logos, designs, text, images, photographs, information, and other content, took a lot of our time and effort (excluding your content). Membership:

Innores International is global research group of people from over 29 countries, we are currently expanding ourself as an organisation and are under process of registration in various countries. By using the word member, we allow you to be a part of our international community to network with people around the globe. If you are selected for the research membership, you will be given access to our personally curated course and a chance to get involved in our research projects, which will come with a joining fee. The intention of keeping a joining a fee is not to assure any services in return, but to ensure a commitment from you for efforts in various sub-committees of the Innores research team. Since all our members are volunteering pro bono, these contributions acquired as fee will be used for development of website and other organization maintenance charges. As you grow with the organisation, you will get your chances to grow as a member and a researcher. We like to involve everyone in decision making and I am sure this family will be a group you will cherish. ALL SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY US ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" OR "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND CONTENT INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE, WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY OPERATION OF LAW, CUSTOM OR USAGE IN THE TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR OTHERWISE. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees, costs, penalties, interest and disbursements) we incur in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party relating to your use of the Service or the use of the Service by any person using our Services, including any claim that your use of the Service violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party, and/or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law:

The validity of these Terms and the rights, obligations, and relations of the parties under these Terms will be construed and determined under and in accordance with the laws of the India, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Jurisdiction:

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with the Service or relating to your use of it, resides in the courts of the Madhya Pradesh and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Madhya Pradesh, India in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Service. You further agree that you and Service will not commence against the other a class action, class arbitration or other representative action or proceeding.

Termination:

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service. Any breech of discipline may lead to end of membership. You will be allowed a chance to present your answer to the coordinator committee of Innores International.
